Marc S. Rose, president, has more than 20 years of healthcare experience with
regional and national companies. As vice president of finance for his family homecare
company, Marc led the sale of the business in 1984. He also played a key role in 12
acquisitions as an executive with a national company. In 1991, Marc founded M.S. Rose and
Associates, a management consulting firm serving healthcare clients nationwide in the

Jonathan Sadock - Managing Partner Technology Jonathan M. Sadock, vice president,
has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in business
development, sales and marketing. In 1979 Jonathan founded PRN
Company a regional medical technology support services company
which was integrated with a national organization in 1990. In
1995, Jonathan founded The ARMS Group, a management consulting
firm serving healthcare and technology clients nationwide in the
areas of asset management, strategic planning and business
development.
Jonathan is a member
of the American Marketing Association, American College of
Healthcare Executives, Association for the Advancement of
Medical Instrumentation, and the Information Management
Systems Society.
