Sports and Physical Therapy Associates (SPTA) has been acquired by ATI Physical Therapy (ATI). SPTA is a group of physical therapy professionals devoted to providing the community with the most up-to-date injury detection, post injury rehab, and sports specific training. SPTA currently has 19 physical therapy outpatient centers. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.“Sports & Physical Therapy Associates’ network of greater Boston locations and hospital affiliations provide the ideal Northeast-based platform for ATI to expand its operations.
