Dallas, TX (September 1, 2017) Jordan Health Services a provider of home health and hospice services in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas, has acquired Oklahoma Medicaid Operations from Kindred At Home , a home health care provider caring for nearly 3,500 patients and their families in the state of Oklahoma.
