Integrated Rental Services a growing medical equipment rental firm, has announced its acquisition by Jordan Industries International
With support from JII, Integrated Rental is poised for expansion while improving its offering of equipment rentals and maintenance services to hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, research labs and medical facilities across the United States.
General Manager Robert Bean is excited about the commitment and resources JII brings to the business. DRE is a leading provider of a broad range of new and refurbished medical equipment while GMI excels in diagnostic ultrasound systems, nuclear cameras, and maintenance services. The combination provides a complementary relationship which immediately adds value by expanding the products and services offered to the collective customer base.
JII is pursuing additional acquisitions in the broader medical equipment market to further augment the growth of Integrated Rental, DRE and GMI by providing cross-selling opportunities, additional resources, and the sharing of best practices. JII’s permanent capital base will allow the organizations to grow both organically and through acquisition.
