Carousel Capital Recapitalizes Palmetto Infusion Services

April 16, 2019 – Carousel Capital announced today that it has partnered with management to recapitalize Palmetto Infusion Services, L.L.C. (“Palmetto” or the “Company”), one the nation’s largest independent ambulatory infusion center (“AIC”) operators.

Founded in 1999, Palmetto is a leading provider of high-touch specialty infusion services to patients with complex, acute and chronic conditions. Through its dense network of ambulatory infusion centers and in-home administration services, the company delivers the highest quality clinical infusion services for patients requiring short and long-term infusion therapy administration in a safe, convenient, and affordable manner.

Carousel Capital funded the transaction with equity from its fifth investment fund, Carousel Capital Partners V, L.P.  Senior debt financing was provided by Freeport Financial Partners.
