Fletch Launches New Buy And Build Strategy In Autism Treatment Services

Fletch Equity is pleased to announce that it has completed the recapitalization of Autism Spectrum Interventions (https://asiautism.org/) (“ASI”) to launch a new autism treatment services strategy in the Western U.S. for children and young adults aged 2 to 25 years of age.

This marks the sixth new platform and fourteenth acquisition for Fletch in the last 33 months.

ASI, based in Fullerton, CA, provides school and home-based applied behavioral analysis therapy services throughout Southern California. Fletch partnered with founders Timothy Prior and Kristin Prior to accelerate expansion throughout California and other tangential states in the western U.S.

Fletch is aggressively seeking add-ons for this strategy with the following characteristics:

· $250k+ EBITDA in Southern California,

· $500k+ EBITDA in Northern California and

· $1 Million+ EBITDA throughout the rest of the country

· School, home or clinic-based ABA therapy.
