Infucare Acquires FOSRx Fast Pharmacy In Strategic Transaction
Creates National Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy Platform
Aston, PA – November 30 2018 InfuCare Rx announces the strategic acquisition of Factor One Source Fast Pharmacy. Factor One Source Fast Pharmacy is a specialty pharmacy providing medications and services to people with complex or hard-to-manage medications.
Headquartered in Cumberland, Maryland, with branch locations in Louisiana and Texas, Factor One Source Fast Pharmacy is able to serve patients in all 50 United States. The pharmacies dispense specialized medications for conditions related to hemophilia, rheumatology, dermatology, immunoglobulin therapy and gastroenterology.
Factor One Source Fast Pharmacy will be a wholly owned subsidiary of InfuCare Rx and will continue to operate under the same name with similar goals. The combined company will now operate from 5 locations in Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, and Texas. The transaction strengthens InfuCare’s market presence nationally and will leverage existing relationships with providers, payors, and a growing patient base.
Dr. Roy has driven the growth of Factor One Source Fast Pharmacy including the prior acquisition of Louisiana based, Fast Access Specialty Therapeutics which was announced in 2017. Dr. Roy is a former Commissioner on the Maryland Board of Pharmacy and National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and a quadruple board-certified pharmacist (PharmD, CGP, CACP, CPSO, CSP). Dr. Sajal Roy will continue with the Company and serve as Vice President of Operations.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Paragon Ventures acted at the exclusive advisor to Factor One Source Fast Pharmacy. The transaction team was led by Jonathan Sadock, Managing Partner/CEO of Paragon Ventures.
