Soleo Health has acquired the pharmacy business of Paragon Infusion Therapy, a Washington Township company that provides specialty pharmacy services to patients in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. Following the acquisition, Soleo Health operates 20 pharmacies across the U.S., including one location in Dublin — a suburb of Columbus. The existing Paragon staff, including principals Aaron Braden and Brad Manning, plan to join Soleo Health.
“Joining forces with Soleo Health will prove beneficial to the patients we serve and the providers with whom we work,” Braden said in a news release. “Aligning with Soleo Health allows us to provide additional capabilities and resources while maintaining our local presence and pulse on the delivery of quality care to which our stakeholders have grown accustomed.”
Founded in 2018, Paragon Infusion Therapy provides infusion services to treat a variety of conditions, including infections, immunotherapy, cancer, malnutrition, heart failure, dehydration and pain management, according to its website. Soleo Health is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Dallas area. In June, the company ranked No. 6 on the Dallas Business Journal‘s Middle Market 50 — a list of the 50 fastest-growing middle-market companies in North Texas with revenues between $25 and $75 million.
