As reported to social media by CEO John Cassar, SuperCare Health has recently acquired Rick’s Medical Supply. Cassar offered the following statement:

“We’re excited to expand our network to the PNW with Rick’s Medical Supply! Together we bring nearly 100 years of experience in the medical supply and equipment industry. I’m thankful for this acquisition and what we have to offer as a team.”

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Rick’s Medical Supply operates five locations throughout Oregon, including The CPAP Store and The Scrubs and More Store, four of which are now operated by SuperCare Health.
