Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc (Deerfield, IL) sold its Hawaii location along with the nearby Heald College Building (Honolulu, HI) for a total of $73.5 million to Salem Partners (Los Angeles, CA), an investment firm. Sites at three addresses, 1460 and 1470 Kapiolani Blvd and 611 Keeaumoku Ave sold together for $54 million, while Heald College Building was sold separately for $19.5 million.
