Winco Mfg LLC (Ocala, FL) acquired all assets of TransMotion Medical Inc (Sharon, OH) from EBO Group Inc (Sharon Center, OH). Transmotion is a manufacturer of specialty medical treatment stretcher-chairs. With operations in Sharon Center, Ohio, TransMotion has developed the TMM3, TMM4, TMM5, and TMM6 line of medical patient handling equipment along with a complete line of accessories. The combined company will be headquartered in Ocala, Florida. Winco will continue to operate out of Ocala, Florida and TransMotion Medical will continue operations from Sharon Center, Ohio. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
