Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) and Lunteren, the Netherlands-based Noaber Foundation, founded VitalHealth in 2006 to provide patients with cloud-based population health management solutions. The company’s offering include personalized care solutions such as telehealth applications and care coordination platforms that are used in more than 100 healthcare networks across the globe. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
